Through funding from NHS England, practices across North East London can receive free hands-on support to adopt or improve a Total Triage process
What’s on offer?
Get hands on support from a facilitator who will use a Quality Improvement approach to help you implement/ improve your Total Triage process
Access to training in relevant topics such as Signposting, Demand and Capacity planning, Appointment Book Standardisation.
Practices will be provided with the Edenbridge Apex analytical system for 1 year at no cost.
Opportunities to engage in learning events to discuss new developments and shared challenges with peers
Who is eligible?
Any GP practice within the City & Hackney, WEL or BHR
What does it require from practices?
Whilst there is no financial cost, practices will need to commit their time to the project. Typically a small team from the practice (Clinician, Practice Manager, Patient Assistant) meet regularly with the facilitator to plan and implement the project over a 6 – 12 week period
