The practice website is an essential shop window on the practice. It can help direct patients quickly to the information or advice that they need. This section will help optimise the practice website for triage and include links into eConsult and the NHS app.

Checklist of activities include:

  • Add COVID -19 screening questions, updates and other relevant information
  • Promote eConsult triage pathway
  • Add all important and relevant information about the digital pathway to inform patients how to use it
  • Make patients aware of other routes to get in touch with the practice
